Sales Terms & Conditions
The following rules or terms, along with any other policies or guidelines posted on the Worldwide Tickets website shall govern the use of this website. By using this site or making a purchase on this site, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and to follow all applicable laws governing the site. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. Worldwide Tickets reserves the right to change these terms at any time, effectively immediately upon posting on the site.
Orders
Worldwide Tickets provides tickets for premier concerts, sports and theater events that typically are not available through standard channels, such as a venue box office. We provide customers with these hard-to-find tickets and allow them to easily order online. The site is completely safe to use. The ticket-buying process takes place on our secure server, which encrypts entries on all orders.
Since our online ordering function is not in “real time,” occasionally tickets you order may no longer be available at the time your order is received. In the event the tickets you’ve ordered are no longer available, a Worldwide Tickets representative will contact you. We can usually offer you tickets in a similar (or better) seating location at a similar price. You are not obligated to take the alternative tickets if they are not in the exact location as the tickets you’ve ordered.
All sales are final. Once we receive payment and process your order, you cannot cancel an order and receive a refund or exchange tickets for any reason other than what is specified in our Event Cancellation / Postponement policy below.
Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Credit cards are not charged until we have confirmed ticket availability.
We accept cashiers checks and money orders sent to our headquarters at 1203 N. Kings Highway, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034 via certified mail or shipping carrier. Once we receive payment, we will ship your tickets according to the shipping choice made at purchase.
Payments in cash will only be accepted in person at our New Jersey office. We do not accept personal checks.
Ticket orders cannot be processed until payment is made in full.
Ticket Delivery
All tickets are sent via FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Overnight (unless you have requested and/or authorized alternative methods of delivery). Shipping charges are calculated with your order. You will be able to view your shipping cost online prior to finalizing your order.
Most orders received by 2:00 p.m. EST will ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. If the event for which you are purchasing tickets is more than a few months away and tickets have not been printed yet, we will process your order and ship the tickets as soon as we have them in our inventory.
Once we have processed and shipped your order, we will send you an email confirmation that includes your FedEx tracking number. You can track your package at www.fedex.com or call 1 800-GoFedEx to track your order. If you do not have an email address, you can call our customer service representatives to get your tracking number.
Due to the time-sensitive nature of the ticket industry, Worldwide Tickets has fulfilled its contractual duty when tickets are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Worldwide Tickets is not responsible for any incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for any packages being returned to sender that FedEx deems undeliverable. If for any reason your tickets are returned to us or could not be delivered, we will try to contact you to arrange for another delivery attempt. Worldwide Tickets is not responsible for any customer-caused delays in delivery after the order has been shipped.
Prior to the order being shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform Worldwide Tickets of changes in the shipping address.
If a shipment needs to be redirected after it has been shipped, the customer may be responsible for a $10.00 address correction fee charged by FedEx. Any shipment that is requested to be held at a FedEx location requires a photo ID to pick up.
Occasionally our customer service representatives will arrange for tickets to be dropped of at your designated location, picked up at our NJ office, or picked up at a designated will-call area the day of the event. In these instances, a photo ID is required before tickets will be released to you.
Ticket Prices
The prices of tickets on our site are often higher than the face value that is printed on the tickets themselves. The price you are paying is the current fair market value of the tickets based on the difficulty of acquiring the tickets, along with factors like the popularity of the event, the location of the seats, and the rarity of available tickets to the event.
Worldwide Tickets has multiple sources for tickets. Different sources have different costs involved, which sometimes means that similar seats will be priced differently. We will always off you the best seat at the best price possible.
Most tickets that we sell are not subject to a sales tax. We only collect tax as required by law.
A service charge of 10% is added at checkout. The service charge helps us recover some of the costs associated with processing payments, securing and shipping tickets, as well as guaranteeing that every ticket on the site is authentic.
The ticket industry is very dynamic and prices on our site can fluctuate as demand for tickets changes. If you find a price you are happy with on our site, we suggest you purchase the tickets at that time because it is possible that the price may rise in the future.
Event Dates and Times
Event dates and times printed on the face of the tickets are always subject to change. This is especially true for sporting events that are subject to television scheduling conflicts. It is important that you check with your local media to ensure that you arrive at the event on the correct date and at the correct time.
Event Cancellation / Postponement Policy
Worldwide Tickets is the only ticket broker in the country that gives you a 100% money-back guarantee! If you’ve purchased tickets from Worldwide Tickets for an event that has been canceled, email us at service@redzoneseats.com and include the following information in your email:
name and date of event
event venue
number of tickets you purchased
section, row, and seat number of tickets
invoice number (located at the top right of the invoice we sent you with your tickets).
We will send you an email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. That number must be included with your tickets in order for us to refund your money.

Once we’ve received your returned tickets and verified your ticket purchase, we will issue you a full refund.
If an event is postponed, the tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event date. New tickets will not need to be issued. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, Worldwide Tickets offers the same great 100% money-back guarantee for postponed events that we offer for canceled events. Just follow the directions outlined above for canceled events, and we will refund your money in full.
If a sporting event is canceled or postponed due to inclement weather, Worldwide Tickets is not liable for refunds. Tickets will be honored on the rescheduled date of the game. If multi-day events, such as golf or tennis tournaments have one day’s play canceled or postponed, tickets purchased for that date may not be honored for another day’s play or redeemed for tickets that would. There will be no refund given in this situation. Worldwide Tickets offers Weather Insurance for such events at 10% of the ticket purchase price. Please call your ticket advisor for more information and to purchase Weather Insurance.
We are not able to provide replacement tickets or refunds for tickets that are lost, stolen, or damaged. We encourage our customers to keep their tickets in a safe place and to take great care not to lose or accidentally destroy their tickets.
General Policies
All times listed are local for the event. All dates and times are subject to change and should be verified by the buyer prior to the event.
We reserve the right to cancel an order and give a full refund at any time, for any reason whatsoever.
Some events and venues enforce age restrictions, i.e. “21 and over.” It is the buyer’s duty to determine prior to purchasing tickets whether such a policy exists. Worldwide Tickets will not be liable for refusal of admittance based on this type of restriction. Furthermore, it is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether the content of an event is appropriate for either themselves or others in their party. Some shows and concerts have adult themes and are not appropriate for children and others. We will not be responsible for any event with content that shocks, offends, frightens, angers or traumatizes any individual or group. There will be no refunds, credits or exchanges under these circumstances.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
You acknowledge and agree that our patents, trademarks, trade names, service marks, copyrights and other intellectual property is and shall remain our sole property, and nothing in this statement shall confer in you any right of ownership or license rights in our intellectual property. In addition, you shall not now or in the future contest the validity of Worldwide Tickets’ intellectual property.
The software and the site, including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, images, audio clips and computer programs, are the property of Worldwide Tickets or its suppliers and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark and other laws. All content on this website is the exclusive property of Worldwide Tickets and protected by U.S. and international copyright law. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of the content on the site is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimers
Worldwide Tickets does not promise that this site will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the site or any content, search or link on it. The site and its contents are delivered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Worldwide Tickets cannot ensure that files you download from the site will be free of viruses or contamination or destructive features. Worldwide Tickets disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Worldwide Tickets will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

If there is any dispute about or involving the site, by using the site, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by venue in the state and federal courts of the State of New Jersey, Township of Cherry Hill.
You agree to indemnify and hold Worldwide Tickets, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the site, including your use of the site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the site.
