Buying Tickets

Once I’ve submitted the online order form, are the tickets I’ve selected guaranteed?
First we’ll confirm that the tickets you want are still in inventory. Then we will contact you by email or phone to confirm your order. In the event the tickets you’ve ordered are no longer available, we can usually offer you tickets in a similar (or better) seating location at a similar price. Of course, you are not obligated to take the alternative tickets if they are not in the exact location as the tickets you’ve ordered.

Will my seats be together?
All of our tickets are for consecutive seats unless specifically noted otherwise.

What types of credit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars (USD). The billing address will be verified with your credit card company, so you must use the exact address where your statements are sent. If you need your tickets shipped to an alternate address, we will contact you to obtain written authorization. This is done to protect both you and Worldwide Tickets against fraudulent credit card use.

When will my credit card be charged?
We do not charge your credit card until we have confirmed that your tickets are available or you have agreed to tickets in a similar location.

How safe is my credit card and purchase information?
Your personal information and transaction records are always safe. We use the latest and most secure encryption technology to protect your information. Please read our Privacy Policy for details.

Do you accept other types of payment?
We accept cashiers checks and money orders. They should be sent to our headquarters at 1203 N. Kings Highway, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034 via certified mail or shipping carrier. Once we receive payment, we will ship your tickets according to the shipping choice made at purchase. Payments in cash will only be accepted in person at our New Jersey office. We do not accept personal checks.

Shipping Methods

What shipping methods do you use?
Tickets are sent via FedEx. You will have the option of having your tickets shipped FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2 Day.

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated with your order. You will be able to view your shipping cost online prior to finalizing your order.

When will my tickets be shipped?
Most orders received by 2:00 p.m. EST will ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. If the event is more than a few months away and tickets haven’t been printed yet, we will process your order and ship the tickets as soon as we have them in our inventory.

Can I track my FedEx package?
Once we have processed and shipped your order, we will send you an email confirmation that includes your FedEx tracking number. You can then go to www.fedex.com or call 1-800-GoFedEx to track your order. If you do not have an email address, you can call our customer service representatives at 1-800-267-5604 to get your tracking number.

How does Worldwide Tickets calculate its ticket prices?
The prices of the tickets we sell reflect the fair market value of the tickets based on the difficulty of acquiring the tickets, along with factors like the popularity of the event, the location of the seats, and the rarity of available tickets to the event.

Why are similar seats priced differently?
Worldwide Tickets has multiple sources for tickets. Different sources have different costs involved. We will always offer you the best seat at the best price possible.

Why are your tickets above face value?
The prices of tickets on our site are often higher than the face value that is printed on the tickets themselves. The price you are paying is the current fair market value for premium and hard-to-find tickets.

Why a service fee?
Worldwide Tickets offers a guarantee of authenticity and handles all transaction logistics for your purchase. The service charge of 10% helps us recover some of the costs associated with processing transactions.

Do I have to pay a sales tax?
Most tickets that we sell are not taxed. We only collect tax as required by law.

Why are the prices on some tickets different than the last time I looked at the site?
The ticket industry is very dynamic and prices rise and fall as demand for tickets changes. If you find a price you are happy with, we suggest you purchase the tickets at that point in case the price goes higher in the future.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

What if my event has been canceled?
Worldwide Tickets is the only ticket broker in the country that gives you a 100% money-back guarantee! If you’ve purchased tickets from Worldwide Tickets for an event that has been canceled, email us at service@redzoneseats.com and include the following information in your email:

name and date of event
event venue
number of tickets you purchased
section, row, and seat number of tickets
invoice number (located at the top right of the invoice we sent you with your tickets).

We will send you an email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. That number must be included with your tickets in order for us to refund your money.

Once we’ve received your returned tickets and verified your ticket purchase, we will issue you a full refund.

Multi-Day Golf and Tennis Tournaments – Partial Event Cancellations
If multi-day events, such as golf or tennis tournaments have one day’s play canceled or postponed, tickets purchased for that date may not be honored for another day’s play or redeemed for tickets that would. There would be no refund given in this situation. Worldwide Tickets offers Weather Insurance for such events at 10% of the ticket purchase price. Please call your ticket advisor for more information.

What if my event is postponed?
If an event is postponed, your tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event date. New tickets will not need to be issued. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, Worldwide Tickets offers the same great 100% money-back guarantee for postponed events that we offer for canceled events. Just follow the directions outlined above for canceled events, and we will refund your money in full.

Rainout / Weather Insurance
If a sporting event is canceled or postponed due to inclement weather, Worldwide Tickets is not liable for refunds. Tickets will be honored on the rescheduled date of the game. In the event of a golf or tennis tournament session and/or day of play being rained out, Worldwide Tickets will not issue a refund. Weather insurance is available at a fee of 10% of the ticket purchase price. Please call a Worldwide Tickets ticket advisor to purchase weather insurance.

Can I cancel my order?
All ticket purchases through our site are final and cannot be canceled. We can only cancel your ticket order in the event that the specific tickets you ordered are no longer available and you do not want similar tickets in their place.

What happens if my tickets are lost or stolen?
We are not able to provide replacement tickets for tickets that are lost, stolen, or damaged. We encourage our customers to keep their tickets in a safe place and to take great care not to lose or accidentally destroy their tickets.

Florida Residents
All event tickets offered for sale at RedzoneSeats.com to Florida residents are included as part of a transportation package. For your convenience, Worldwide Tickets has prearranged meeting locations near your venue and will make arrangements for ground transfers from there to your event. Special arrangements will be made for you depending on the number in your party. You will receive a travel voucher via email if an email address was provided, or regular mail if no email address was given. Once you’re ready to book your ground transfer, please call your ticket advisor at 1-800-267-5604. We will provide you with an exact pick-up location and let you know specifically where to go and what to do, and make sure you have a contact name and telephone number of the transportation company before you leave for your event. If you have questions, should there be time constraints, or should you not receive your travel voucher prior to your event, please contact our travel desk for immediate assistance. The transportation service is provided as part of the package along with your ticket purchase. It is not mandatory that you take advantage of the travel services we provide. Whether you accept or decline the transportation portion of the package, your purchase price will be the same.
